PDANS is designed to ensure that each subscriber is positively notified of required test dates and most importantly, does not miss a test. Typical “Apps” fail when phones are lost, turned off, have dead batteries, or when somebody simply can’t afford to own or purchase expensive devices.
Progressive Notification Feature
Allows users to specify multiple contacts and methods to receive notifications on whether they must report for a random drug or alcohol test.
Flexible Options
PDANS does not require a smart phone, computer, or app on your phone. We use standard text messaging (SMS), emails, voice calls, and deliver direct to the subscriber’s home, office, cell phone, or email.
Auto Escalation Notification system
When a subscriber is required to report, and the subscriber does not respond to a text message or email, or telephone call, the system will automatically escalate notifications until it is finally confirmed.
Scalable and Reliable
PDANS is highly scalable to deliver millions of messages per day. The system is constantly monitored with a reliability factor greater than 99.9%. We use the same technology and servers that drive Amazon and Uber.
